Item Description
Artist Bill Schwaneflugel handcrafts snare drums of exceptional sound quality using local and exotic hardwoods.
Known for its warm tone and enhanced lower frequencies, maple is one of the most popular woods for high-quality snare shells. Its sound is clear and supports a wide tuning range, making for a good general-purpose snare.
Solid wood stave shells produce a more resonant sound than standard plywood shells.
