Item Description

This truly unique item offers wine lovers a taste of the wild (locally-sourced!):

Kestrel Naturalist and Program Coordinator Clay Kern also moonlights as a local wild fruit vintner and Cape Ann just had an epic growing season yielding excellent quality wild fruits. Clay produced 2 different blends incorporating the wild fruit bounty and has donated a bottle of each.

Bottle 1: Pink Surprise: A dry and light-bodied Rosé blend with 2 varieties of local wild grapes. Comes on with a sharp fruity tartness, which quickly fades to apricots and citrus and a light mouthfeel.

Bottle 2: ElderCherry: A strong and dark bodied blend of elderberries, and black cherries. This wine presents delicious cherry notes, and a strong tannin profile.
