Item Description

"Best turkey I've ever had!" says RAFFL staff member Jen Miller.

Someday Farm's turkeys are fed GMO-FREE grain from Green Mountain Feed. They spend their days foraging on specifically managed pasture.

This is a large bird - somewhere between 20 and 30 lbs!

What variety of turkey is it? Nicholas White, which offers a fine balance of juicy white and succulent dark meat.

Someday Farm started the first Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program in Vermont in 1984. We've been family-owned and community-driven ever since.

For the past twenty-nine years, our hillside farm has achieved great respect throughout New England for our business practices and community involvement. We process 1,500 pheasants, 1,500 roasting chickens, and 500 turkeys a year in our state-inspected processing facility. On six acres, Someday Farm propagates over 100 varieties of organic vegetables and fruits. We also sustainably log our 120 acres for the lumber industry according to our Certified Tree Farm status.
