Item Description

Dinner for two at Aragosta. A treat for you and someone special: farm to table cuisine prepared by Chef Devin Finigan, overlooking picturesque Stonington harbor. The menu for the 2016 season will be a Chef's Tasting Menu, which means the set multi-course dinner will be planned for you by Chef Devin. It will change each week.

Does not include beverages, tax or tip. Reservation required. Reserve early so you won't be disappointed.

Below is a sample Chef's Tasting Menu from last fall.

 

BLUE HILL BAY OYSTERS     Five Star Nursery apple cider and black pepper granita; polenta dusted and fried, topped with Bagaduce Farm chorizo garlic aioli

AUTUMN SALAD      Fine Line Farm sunflower shoots, Four Season Farm beets, Yellow Birch Farm lichen, Fine Line Farm petit radish, crispy shallot, and Chef's backyard parsley pesto

GULF OF MAINE HAKE     Four Season Farm arugula, kale stem risotto, Four Season Farm butternut squash, and house cured lemon sauce

STONINGTON LOBSTER RAVIOLO     butter poached, gremolata, Fine Line Farm greens, and citrus beurre blanc

DAVID'S FOLLY FARM PORK     Yellow Birch Farm goat yogurt and chipotle, pickled Four Season Farm pink onion, Chef's garden kale salad and pico de gallo

BLUE HILL BLONDES BEEF 'STROGANOFF'     house pasta, hen of the Woods mushrooms, Fine Line Farm mustard greens and our Season Farm shallot

DESSERT     fresh mint ice cream with hot fudge and salty brittle
