Item Description
Spend three nights in a spacious, art-filled, three-bedroom, three-bath loft situated in Miami Beach's exclusive SOFI neighborhood -- the quiet part of South Beach. This fabulous property includes an on-premise pool and is located four blocks from Miami's most iconic local beach, 3rd Street. The loft is walking distance to many restaurants as well as a short Uber ride to Lincoln Road and local hot spot, Purdy Ave. Across the street there are bikes for rent, and one can cruise the marina and South Pointe Park, also located blocks away.
Length of stay:
Three nights, starting on a Thursday or Friday
Available dates:
Anytime prior to 12/24/16, excluding Christmas, New Year's, Thanksgiving, and Art Basel (first week of December), subject to availability.

A representative of the Brattleboro Museum & Art Center will contact the winning bidder by Wednesday, December 16, to confirm the details of your purchase. Unless other arrangements are made at that time, the winning bidder must submit payment in full by Friday, December 18. PayPal payment is accepted but not required. Other acceptable forms of payment include VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and check drawn on a U.S. bank account. Upon receipt of payment, a representative of the Brattleboro Museum & Art Center will assist in finalizing your travel plans.
Note:
The Brattleboro Museum & Art Center has agreed to pay the donor of this vacation rental $100 from the proceeds of this auction.
