Item Description

This 28-page book was written by an RDLN graduate's nine-year-old niece  JáNiya Williams and illustrated by another fourteen-year-old niece Calla Ridgeway. Their great uncle is James Meredith, Civil Rights icon, who integrated the University of Mississippi.

The children are drawing attention to these mammals who have lived in the ocean thousands of years and are now endangered species.
