The highest bidder wins a one week stay in a wonderful, two bedroom two bath condo in a quiet 16 unit building in Puerto Vallarta.  Within walking distance or a short cab ride to Puerto Vallarta's restaurants, beaches, and nightspots, the location is great. Wake up to a view of the bay from the master bedroom. Have a cup of coffee on the balcony, take a swim in the heated pool, walk down the steps to the beach, explore old Vallarta or do nothing at all and just stay on the balcony and read a book. (There's a hammock on the balcony for your afternoon siesta.) Enjoy the beautiful panoramic ocean view from the balcony (pictured above.) You can walk lots of steps and get your exercise or take a short cab ride up/down from the condo.

Prepare a meal in the fully equipped kitchen, grill on the patio, and eat out at some of the best restaurants in Puerto Vallarta.  After dinner, hit the clubs, walk the Malecon, or relax in the living room and watch cable TV, a DVD, or listen to music on your IPod or CD.  (There's wireless internet.)   

The condo has been has been beautifully decorated with a Mexican flair. The living area is approximately 1,500 square feet. There is one California King in the master bedroom and two double beds in the guest room. 

Transportation to/from the airport, touring arrangements, and miscellaneous concierge services -- such as stocking the refrigerator if you don't want to spend time grocery shopping -- are available, if you'd like, for a nominal fee by arrangement with the owner. 

A recent visitor wrote, "The condo is beautifully appointed with traditional Mexican folk art and the conveniences of home with table placements, cooking dishes, dishwasher, flatscreen TV, washer/dryer and sound system. Stunning views afford you the option to hangout on the spacious balcony or by the common area pool. Our extended family did all three each day. We chose to beach-go mid morning till 4pm at the Mahi Beach restaurant. They had great beach lounge chairs and over the top service staff who rearranged your umbrella for shade, watered down the hot sand around your chairs and kept the drinks and food coming at your desired speed. Then we headed for the malecon and centro shops. We'd return up the numerous stairs to the condo for a swim in the pool and then a stunning sunset from condo balcony."

Item Special Note

A maximum of four people may stay. The vacation must take place between May 1st and October 31st.  The winner may be able to lengthen their stay to a total of 14 days if the condo/home is available. The daily rate for each additional day will be 1/7 of the winning bid. No pets allowed. 

This rate includes cleaning fees, taxes, etc.
