Burgers
100% all-natural Angus beef. No hormones and no antibiotics ever. Our proprietary Shack blend is freshly ground. All burgers are cooked medium unless otherwise requested. Add lettuce, tomato, pickle or onion – your choice! All you veggie-lovers, check out our ’Shroom Burger which stars a whole portobello mushroom roasted low and slow.
Flat-Top Dogs
With all this burger talk it’s easy to forget that Shake Shack began as a humble hot dog cart. These bad boys are not to be missed. Our dogs are 100% all-natural with no hormones and no antibiotics ever. Split and griddled crisp… perfection!
Frozen Custard
Our dense, rich and creamy frozen custard is the real deal – spun fresh daily at the Shack! Our vanilla and chocolate recipes use only real sugar, no corn syrup, and milk from dairy farmers who pledge not to use artificial growth hormones. We dare you not to like it.
About Shake Shack:
Shake Shack sprouted from a hot dog cart in Madison Square Park in Manhattan to support the Madison Square Park Conservancy’s first art installation. The cart was quite the success, with Shack Fans lined up daily for three summers.
In 2004, the bid was won to open a permanent kiosk in the Park: Shake Shack was born. This modern day “roadside” burger stand serves up the most delicious burgers, hot dogs, frozen custard, shakes, beer, wine and more. An instant neighborhood fixture, Shake Shack welcomed people from all over the city, country and world who gathered together to enjoy fresh, simple, high-quality versions of the classics in a majestic setting. The rest, as they say, is burger history.
Since the original Shake Shack opened in 2004 in NYC's Madison Square Park, it now has locations in New York, Washington D.C., Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Florida, Massachusetts, and international locations including London, Istanbul, Dubai, and more.
