Item Description
Enjoy five class passes at Grow Yoga, the newest addition to Yoga on High, during the Spring Quarter 2016.
Grow Yoga is located on West 5th Avenue on the northwest corner of Glenn Avenue and West 5th Avenue in Grandview, just southwest of the Ohio State University campus.
These series classes are courses especially designed for those who have never practiced yoga, are new to a vigorous practice like Ashtanga or who have stopped practicing for a while and need a refresher. There are beginner courses of varying levels of difficulty so that everyone can approach yoga in the best way for their own body. You will learn the basic principles, techniques, and poses of yoga with plenty of personal attention. We also encourage longtime yoga practitioners to occasionally try beginner classes to continue to build upon their fundamental learning of yoga. - See more at: http://www.yogaonhigh.com/new-students/beginner-classes#sthash.yYCT4d32.dpuf
