Aspen Sports Medicine is an internationally recognized sports medicine clinic.
Our physical therapists, chiropractors, and personal trainers offer Active Release Techniques, Graston Technique, acupuncture, dry needle technique, Selective Functional Movement Assessment, Functional Movement Screening, Orthotics, Massage, Biomechanical Evaluations, Sport-specific Training, and Advanced Rehabilitation Programs. Therapists utilize manual therapy techniques as well and all of our staff collaborates to best meet the needs of each patient.
We handle a full range of medical conditions-whether acute sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, or chronic repetitive stress injuries.
Stan Cheo, P.T.
Graduated from University of Connecticut with a Physical Therapy degree in 1991 and from the University of Vermont with a Bio-Medical Engineering degree in 1988. He has been practicing Orthopedic and Sports Medicine physical therapy in the Roaring Fork Valley for 20 years. Stan specializes in sports and orthopedic rehabilitation, manual therapy, back rehabilitation, migrane headaches, biomechanics and functional rehabilitation. His continuing education has emphasized Sacroiliac dysfunction. Stan ran the workerÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ?s compensation program for Valley View Hospital , was a senior therapist for Roaring Fork Physical Therapy and was a managing therapist for Aspen Back and Body before joining Aspen Sports Medicine.
