Winning bidder will receive a gift certificate for $500 toward tuition to any camp session at Emagination Computer Camps in 2016, held at Boston College.  The camps are coed camps for ages 8-17.   Emagination Computer Camps offers Day and Overnight summer technology camps with tuition ranging from $1,625 - $2,825 per 2-week session.  Expires August, 2016.

Boston College Campuses – Newton and Chestnut Hill
Emagination’s Computer Camp program is held on the Newton Campus, which is conveniently located for day camp families near I90. Workshops are held in the BC Law School building featuring modern classrooms with smart technology. Swimming is available along with plenty of field space for outdoor games and recreation. A dedicated dorm with camper lounge makes BC an ideal location for Emagination.

Emagination’s Minecraft Coding Camp and Game Design Camp are held on the Chestnut Hill Campus. The beautiful campus features magnificent gothic architecture. Workshops take place in modern classrooms with smart technology and campers are housed in air conditioned residence halls. There’s ample greenspace for daily outdoor games and recreation.

BC is a perfect location for Brookline, Newton, Waltham, Wellesley and Boston area day and overnight summer camps.

Transportation Assistance
Transportation Assistance is available for overnight campers and day campers.

Emagination blends cutting edge technology learning with fun activities to create a well rounded summer camp experience. Two-week sessions give campers enough time to make friends, build self-confidence and be part of a community. Many campers stay multiple sessions and come back year after year.

Programs Offered at Boston College
Emagination offers three technology camp programs at Boston College.

Computer Camp
Our core computer camp program is for 8-17 year olds and balances technology learning with fun summer camp activities in two-week sessions.

At Boston College we offer 25 Technology Workshops plus three recreation choices including Retro Games, Swimming and Improv.

All campers at Emagination are assigned to small groups with a counselor mentor. Kilobyte campers ages 8-10 eat together and receive assistance with daily living activities and have earlier bedtimes if they stay overnight. Megabytes ages 11-13 are the largest group at camp. Campers in 8th grade or higher before camp are part of Senior Camp. Seniors take workshops together and are granted more independence, free time and special activities.

Overnight Camp starts with drop off on Sunday afternoon and ends two Fridays later at 4:00 PM. The weekend in the middle of the session is part of the program and is tuition free.

Day Camp operates Monday-Friday and day campers are invited at no charge to Saturday activities and the end of camp party on Thursday night. Three Day Camp options offer parents maximum flexibility.

Day – program runs 8:45 AM to 5:00 PM with pick up anytime between 4:15-5:00 PM and includes lunch.
Extended Day - program runs 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM and includes lunch and dinner.
Full Day – program runs from 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM and includes all three meals.

Minecraft Coding Camp
Emagination’s Minecraft Coding Camp is a two-week overnight camp for 13-17 year olds. Teens learn to code in Java to create Mods for the Minecraft engine to expand and explore the limits of their imagination. This STEM education opportunity allows teens to further their technology education while making new friends and having fun with other like minded campers. Learn More

Game Design Camp
Emagination’s Game Design Camp is a two-week overnight video game design camp for 15-18 year olds. Teens build a video game and get an in-depth view of what it takes to work at top game design companies. Guest speakers and a game design studio tour round out this video game camp program. Overnight & Day Ages 8-17
Campers are grouped into Kilobytes ages 8-10; Megabytes ages 11-13; and Seniors who are in 8th grade or higher. Kilobytes get more assistance and Megabytes form the core of computer camp. Seniors enjoy more independence and free time. Specialty Game Design Program
