Thank you for your interest in bidding on the vacation property in Kitty Hawk, NC for the Rock & Roll for Children Foundation charity event on March 12th.

This beach house is only available for the week of Oct. 16-23rd, though may be used by the winning bidder during October, November, January or February during non-holiday weeks, with a Sunday to Sunday rental. Please call in advance if you’d like to discuss availability during other weeks. Summer rental is not available. Pets are allowed. There is an $80 cleaning fee which will need to be paid by the winning bidder.

While not reflected in the pictures, it has been recently remodeled to include new interior paint throughout (except the 2 upstairs bedrooms), new living room couch, new stainless appliances, new ceramic tile in the bathrooms, kitchen and living room, new interior doors and other minor upgrades such as a new ceiling fan and light fixtures.

This home will be your own Private Beach Castle and boasts a layout that provides spectacular Ocean Views from all bedrooms & main living area. Located just 1.5 miles from the Wright Memorial Bridge, enjoy the cool breezes from one of the two large sun decks.
