Item Description
It was my desire to share with you some of our Ozark Arts & Crafts culture that we have a rich heritage of here in Branson. On one of my many flea market junkets that I enjoy doing, I found these beautiful specimens of textile art for you! There is nothing like a quilt as the ultimate "comfort" bedding for either decorating in artful Americana style or wrapping up yourself in all of the love that went into the making of it! This particular pattern dates back to the 1800's and is a whimsical old favorite, called Sun Bonnet Sue & Sam. This vintage quilt could be used for a cheerful coverlet for either a queen or full size bed, setting a happy tone to a bedroom. It would also make a charming topper as an accent piece for a full or queen size bed. Hand sewn, cross stitched and appliqued in the Ozarks by loving hands from long ago, it is in excellent condition for its age. This is a souvenir unlike any other you could take home from Branson and would be a meaningful and lovely bedding addition to your household!
Item Special Note
Please note in the second picture which I have included, the intricate details of the handwork that makes this a beautiful pattern. This quilt will also be available for viewing at the conference. Please ask for me or call my cell phone for viewing it. Milita Hoffman Cell 417-676-0514
