This is a full service program with scheduled start and end dates. They teach "do anywhere" workouts, using equipment you bring in an empowering environment of motivated and nice people.

To help you be the most successful, they provide a flexible nutrition & cardio plan that changes as you change and a progressive, self selected strength program that teaches you how to train, so you can do this on your own, when you are away from CYBBC. They have built in accountability, progress tracking and expert coaching to deliver you to the fastest, safest, and most sustainable results.

Mike Alves, Co-owner of Change Your Body Boot Camps is a Licensed and Certified Athletic Trainer with the Prestigious National Athletic Trainers Association and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the World Renowned National Strength and Conditioning Association.
