Item Description

This beautiful, contemporary brownstone was completed in 2012. Located in the heart of Nashville in West End Park, it is 1 block from Centennial Park/Parthenon and walking distance to Vanderbilt.

One of the first LEED certified residential developments in Nashville, the house is 5 stories and includes an elevator, custom hardwood floors throughout, silestone countertops, artistic tile in all bathrooms, a gas fireplace, at least 1 terrace off each floor, a 2 car-garage and an amazing 2-story roof deck complete with a second fireplace and wet bar. Furnished by Mitchell Gold, it is the perfect balance of comfortable contemporary.

With 3 large bedrooms, the house easily sleeps six individuals. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The master bedroom is located on its own floor, while 2 guest bedrooms are located one floor up. The guest floor also has a lounge area with a bar and TV.

The roof deck is the icing on the cake! With outdoor furniture, a gas fireplace, and a wet bar with an ice maker and refrigerator, there is no better place to enjoy 360 degree views of Nashville. There is a spiral staircase leading up to a second level roof deck for even better views!

The house is equipped with the best and newest technology and appliances. An Ipad allows you to play music wirelessly throughout the house, on the terraces and the roof. The living room, master bedroom and guest room lounge area all have LCD or Plasma TVs with Apple TV, and the house is with equipped with wi-fi throughout.

Appliances: All new appliances purchased in 2012. LG steam washer and dryer, Jennair refrigerator, 6 burner gas range and oven, dish washer and wine fridge.

Other extras: Outdoor gas grill on back patio, bistro table/chairs on all 3 back terraces, security system.

West End Park neighborhood is a very walkable area with plenty of restaurants, bars, coffee shops and boutiques. Centennial Park is literally your front yard! At the house you will find a full guide of recommended attractions and restaurants around town.

The TV show “Nashville” used a house in the development for an episode. This house is truly fabulous!
