Enjoy a relaxing day in Sonoma Valley, with a full “wine & dine” experience. Spend an afternoon at Bartholomew Park Winery in their private Oak Grove picnic area, while indulging in a flight of 6 current release wines paired with an assortment of local artisan bites. Spend the evening at El Dorado Kitchen with a four course meal prepared by Executive Chef Armando Navarro, carefully paired with Sonoma Valley Wines.
Learn how to craft your own artisanal cheeses with Sheana Davis, Wine Country cheesemaker, chef, caterer and culinary educator. This package includes 2 tickets to her 90 minute cheesemaking classes hosted at the General’s Daughter, an 1864 Victorian which was once the home of General Vallejo’s daughter and her husband, the founder of one of California’s first wineries. You will get to taste locally crafted wine and an artisanal cheeses, allowing you to explore different types of handcrafted cheeses prior to creating your own.
