Her 90 minute cheesemaking classes are hosted at the General’s Daughter, an 1864 Victorian which was once the home of General Vallejo’s daughter and her husband, the founder of one of California’s first wineries. You will get to taste locally crafted wine and an artisanal cheeses, allowing you to explore different types of handcrafted cheeses prior to creating your own. Take home a basket full of Williams-Sonoma premium products, two bottles of Sonoma Valley Wines, and a set of burgandy stemware designed to capture the aroma and delicacy of the Pinot Noir grape but are also perfect for all sorts of supple and well-aged red wines.
