Philosophy: More Than Champions!

Legarza Sports Camp provides a service that everyone in our community can afford. LSCs goal is for all campers to work hard and feel good about themselves in a safe, disciplined, highly structured and motivated environment of learning and fun. LSC places the child and his or her personal development ahead of the game. Positive encouragement and measured improvement in the fundamental skills are trademarks of LSC, as well as players learning to work together in a team setting while playing games and tournaments.

Teaching Emphasis: Bigger Than Basketball!

All camps offer a solid foundation of fundamental skill development for beginning players and a strong challenge for advanced players. LSC uses a Mastery Orientation of teaching, which celebrates effort as much as achievement and focuses on personal development, learning and improving. The LSC teaching progression takes into account age and skill differences. Players are grouped by age, sex, ability and personal request.

Camps are offered at various locations throughout the Bay Area including four in San Francisco.

Item Special Note

Good towards any Legarza 2016-2017 program. Winning bidder will need to register online and redeem their auction purchase using a coupon code provided upon payment after close of the auction.

All bids must be secured by credit card (Visa or Mastercard). Bids are not reversible. All items sold are "as is" and all sales are final. Winners will be notified via email after the auction closes with acknowledgement of donation/purchase including amount. The email confirmation will include the Monroe PTA tax ID number to be used for tax purposes. In-person pickup is available in San Francisco only. Shipping within the continental United States is available for all items unless stated otherwise above. Monroe Elementary will not be responsible for any shipping or handling charges for any online auction items and winning bidders requesting shipping will be charged accordingly. While every attempt has been made to fairly present each item online, images shown may not be exact representations of a given item.
