Item Description

Carol Bradford-Roe is an experienced Immigration attorney practicing exclusively in U.S. Immigration and Nationality law. We will find the best solution for you with individualized attention.

Carol Bradford-Roe graduated from the Temple University School of Law in 1998 and has practiced solely immigration and nationality law, both in the United States and in the United Kingdom. Ms. Bradford-Roe has represented both corporate and individual clients in a wide variety of immigration matters before the USCIS and Immigration Court.  She has worked with corporations, small businesses, sports teams, hospitals, and universities.  She has also represented families through family-sponsored immigration, including marriage cases.  Ms. Bradford-Roe has also assisted with the acquisition of U.S. citizenship after permanent residency or birth abroad to a U.S. citizen.

Prior to opening her own law firm, Ms. Bradford-Roe was an associate with Gudeon & McFadden in London; Steel, Rudnick & Ruben in Philadelphia; and, Baumann, DeSeve & Landau in Philadelphia and Washington, D.C.  She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).

This consultation is solely to determine potential avenues of immigration relief available to the winning bidder and is limited to that individual. A formal Retainer Agreement must be signed by both parties for further legal work to be performed. Further legal fees and/or filing fees will be incurred if additional legal work is agreed upon by both parties. No attorney-client relationship exists until a Retainer Agreement is completed.

All winning bidders will be charged a transaction fee of 10%, not to exceed $25 per item, to cover a portion of the auction & credit card transaction fees.
