Our spot in Paradise is conveniently located within 100 yards of the Balboa Pier, Balboa Fun Zone, Newport beach, Newport Harbor, and all the dining and night life you and the kids need. The property sleeps 10 easily, or more. A very private second story flat with 2000 square feet of living space. Fully furnished 2 bedroom 2.5 bath condo with 2 car garage and in-unit laundry for your vacation enjoyment. All sleeping rooms feature brand new queen size beds, flats screen TV's, fresh linens, plenty of closet and storage space, bathrooms come equipped with fresh towels and all the comforts of home. 3rd bedroom has a built-in wet bar for entertaining or can be a kids hang out and game room. The huge kitchen and family room is perfect so you can spread out and enjoy the upgraded features such as the 50 inch flat screen HD TV, stereo with built in speaker system throughout, remote fireplace in living room, new furnishings include a large lazy boy couch and huge dinning table that seats 12, breakfast bar, and don't forget wrap around private deck. Kitchen is fully stocked, all you need is the food. You can't beat the amenities in this home, or the convenient location. Walk or ride to the famous Newport Wedge. Property is literally feet to the sand and water, either beach or harbor, Balboa Pier. Plenty of kid and adult entertainment within walking distance, including the Worlds Famous Balboa Fun Zone. 10 minute bike ride to Newport Pier or down town Newport Beach or Balboa Island. Also included for your vacation enjoyment are beach cruiser bikes, body boards, beach towels, beach chairs, ice chest. Everything you will need to have a wonderful vacation on the sand or at the harbor. Restaurants are of abundance as is the night life. You are literally in the middle of the action or relation, its your choice. 

Deep sea fishing trips, day trips to Catalina Island, boat and paddle board rentals, surf lessons, arcade, and much much more are all available at the Pavilion across the street. Pier fishing is also a fun way to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather in Newport Beach. 

Don't forget that our Balboa Paradise is also conveniently located 30 minutes from Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, Angels Stadium, John Wayne Airport (Orange County Airport), other great Southern California destinations.
