Item Description

Step back in time and visit the rooms and gardens that witnessed the most prolific period of Hemingway's writing career with four passes to the Ernest Hemingway Home and Museum in Key West!

Admission includes a 30-minute guided tour of this unique property, home to one of America's most honored and respected authors for more than ten years.

The house was built in 1851 and became Ernest Hemingway's home in 1931. It still contains the furniture that he and his family used.

The Ernest Hemingway Home and Museum also is home to approximately 50 polydactyl (six-toed) cats. Many of these are descendants of Snow White, a white, six-toed cat given to Hemingway by a ship's captain.

The Ernest Hemingway Home and Museum is a registered National Historic Landmark.
