2013 Rocca Caselli Toscana

Rocca Caselli Toscana Premium 2013 is a is a purple-red color, bright and intense. The nose offers fruity notes of raspberry and blackberry, followed by spicy hints of black pepper and anise. The finish is delicately balsamic with eucalyptus and mint. A classic example of a wine for all dishes, on all occasions. Enjoy it for example with aged, sliced meats that are not too spicy, or with full-flavoured pasta dishes such as "all'amatriciana".

2013 Beaulieu Vineyard Coastal Estates Merlot

A great go-to wine, the Merlot offers an accessible combination of fruit and spices perfect for everyday enjoyment. Lovely red fruit aromas, complemented by peppery oak notes, greet the nose. The palate is lively and bright, brimming with ripe plum and juicy black cherry flavors. Hints of coffee and toasty oak spices join chewy tannins through the long, satisfying finish. With perfect weight and style for food, this Merlot can be paired with a variety of dishes, including roasted chicken, pork or pasta.

2007 Santa Ema Reserve Merlot

Santa Ema was established by Pedro Pavone, the son of Italian winemakers from Piedmont in Italy. Having arrived in the Maipo valley of Chile in 1917, Pedro was an engineer by trade and spent his early years grape growing for other wineries, having planted his first vineyards in 1931 and harvesting his first cabernet, Merlot and sauvignon Blanc grapes four years later. He then established the winery with his son Felix in 1955. Santa Ema produces Chardonnay, cabernet sauvignon, Merlot and Sauvignon Blanc in addition to a reserve range, Barrel Select line, and a Bordeaux-style red blend called "Catalina" which consistently earns praise for each vintage. Santa Ema was named one of the 20 "World's Finest value Brands" by Wine Spectator in 2005.

The Wine Advocate - "The 2007 Merlot Reserve is a glass-coating opaque purple. The nose offers up coffee, mocha, and cherry leading to a wine with no hard edges and plenty of character. If all Merlots offered this much pleasure, Pinot Noir would never have become so popular."

2006 Pierce Vineyard Tourbillion

Originating in our vineyards in the San Antonio Valley appellation at the southern tip of Monterey County, our Tourbillon is a Rhone-style blend of 43% Grenache, 37% Syrah, and 20% Petite Sirah. Estate grown in our Home Ranch vineyard in a mix of calcareous rock and shale-rich loam, the 2007 vintage is a medium-bodied wine with moderate tannins and a savory, frank character reflective of the upland valley terroir. Handcrafted on a limited scale, it was fermented in small lots and aged in French oak for 18 months. Notes of plum and ripe raspberry combine with traces of lavender and sage.
