Item Special Note
Max Glaser (b. 1983) studied Literature and History at Emory University, graduating in 2009. He received his MFA from the School of Visual Art in 2011 and has begun to show extensively in New York. Of a world increasingly experienced on a screen, swift reality flattens toward fixed image and sound squeezes tightly into word. By literally embodying this logical transmutation, Glaser seeks to disrupt and overturn it within its undeniable progression. He unites image and object, symbol and phenomenon, culture and essence.
Originally from Georgia, Max Glaser lives and works in New York City
