Surrender to the tranquility of the surrounding gardens and the home’s gorgeous poolside setting with an audible and deep reverberating  “ommmm”.  ISTP parent, and yoga talent, Carol Clabo, will set the tone of the day by carefully guiding you through vinyasa flows and conscious breathing that will awaken your glowing inner yogi. After a soul nourishing yoga session by the pool, it is time to nourish your body with a beautifully catered lunch by Side by Side Gourmet. This local gem of a catering company is known to offer exquisite menu choices that honor healthy foods and fine dining, essentials to your day of indulgence. Join your fellow Ladies of Pamper and enjoy the superb lunch that runs the course from a delicious appetizer, refreshing salads, decadent entrées and a mouthwatering dessert. Champagne and wine are to accompany, of course. 

Treat yourself to a soothing massage and be reminded of the importance behind your body-mind-spirit balance. In your reflective zen-like state, allow your host Sheri to guide your party through one of her favorite subjects, a creative journaling keeping workshop. And how could such a day truly be complete without attending to a necessary beauty ritual? Welcome in non-toxic luxury skin care boutique Ayla, whose rigorously-trained Guides will share expertise on how to choose your skin care products and offer individualized skin and hair care consultations. Each guest will also be treated to a box of top quality luxury product samples, hand picked for each lady’s specific skin care needs (a $50 value).
