Item Description

This package includes HHD seats and one reserved parking space at Temple Adat Elohim during 2016 HHD for late seating. Offers you an opportunity to always park close. Includes up to 4 reserved seats for immediate household.

What you need to know

• Available for all late seating HHD services in 2016.
• The bidding price is per seat.
• Must be sold in pairs, 2 or 4 seats. Winning bidder may not purchase only 1 or 3 seats.
• The temple will designate seat location.
• No late arrivals. Reserved seats must be occupied 10 minutes prior to Rosh Hashana and Yom Kippur services.
• This item for Temple Adat Elohim members only. Must be a temple member in good standing.

The winning bidder shall have the option of purchasing up to 4 seats, each at the winning price. (For example, if the winning bid is $500 per seat and the winner wanted 2 seats, the total price would be $1000.) The next highest bidder will be offered the opportunity to match the winning price. However, the maximum quantity of seats available in this package is 4 seats.

After the online auction has concluded, this item will be available during our live auction at the Temple Adat Elohim - A Magic Madness Extravaganza on Saturday, March 12, 2016. Highest online bid will be the opening bid at the event. If nobody bids at the live auction, winner will be highest online bid.

Temple Adat Elohim reserves the right to contact merchant (or donor) with winning bidder's contact information per merchant's (or donor's) request unless winning bidder submits notification to Temple Adat Elohim in writing via email or letter within ten (10) days of auction close.

How to pick up winning items: Some items may be shipped directly from the merchant provider. In some cases, winning bidder may receive a temporary certificate or voucher until actual item or service is redeemed. Most items are available for pick-up at the temple office on or after Tuesday, March 15, 2016. Most items can be mailed or shipped to the winning bidder. Gift cards and certificates may be shipped at the risk of the bidder and may not be replaced if lost or stolen as they can not be insured by shipper. Bidder is responsible for shipping and handling fee, which will be added to the winning bid amount. Items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx at the rate to be determined.
