2 organic lavender and flax seeds eye pillows - for meditation and relaxation. May be used as hot or cold pack. Lavender eye pillow is a perfect gift for yoga abscessed friend! Lovely gift for mom, teacher or coworker. Helps to relax and sleep well! This pillow is filled with dried organic lavender buds and organic flax seeds. The pillow bag is made of cotton fabric. The fabric was pre-washed with eco-friendly unscented detergent to remove production residue. Approximate size of the pillow is 4"(10 cm) x 9" (23 cm). If you would like to add the drawstring pouch to your pillow there is an option in the "Style" menu. The pouch is made of line/cotton blend fabric of natural color and has a cotton ribbon to tie it with. The pillow will be placed into clear plastic sleeve for protection from dust and humidity and aroma preserve. If you don't like to use plastic let me know and I will wrap pillow in paper. Flax seeds give the pillow a nice weight. They stay cool or warm for a long time. If your prefer cold pillow on your eyes put it in the freezer (in zip lock to prevent it from refrigerator odors) for an hour before. If you like it warm you may heat it in microwave for 20-30 sec (please check if the pillow is not too hot after heating). Lay down, place the pillow over your eyes area, breathe slowly and relax. The lavender scent has a calming effect which may aid in relaxation and the reduction of stress. The aroma of lavender flowers will last long.
