This tour is available from March through September 2016.

Combined passenger weight limit is not to exceed 700 lbs total for all passengers. Winning bidder will be provided with a certificate that includes all contact information. Certificate has no cash value. Tour times are subject to change without notice. For your safety and enjoyment, helicopter tours occasionally are delayed, rescheduled, and/or canceled due to bad weather. Tour is available only when schedule permits. SkyTime recommends that you book your helicopter tour early so that you have time to reschedule if necessary. The certificate must be surrendered at time of use. Certificate void if altered and must be used by the named person. Nontransferable. Nonrefundable. Tours have a 24 hour cancellation policy. SkyTime Helicopter Tours makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or any other violation of rights. Pilot has the right to refuse service.

Pick up/shipping information: At auction close, certificate will be available for pick up in Sebastopol, CA on the designated pick up days or it can be mailed at the winning bidder’s expense.

Certificate will be mailed with insurance via USPS first class mail. Winning bidder is responsible for all fees and billed at standard industry rates.

For planning, note that the pick up days are Friday, March 25, 2016 between 2 & 5pm and Saturday, March 26, 2016 between 9 & midday in Sebastopol, California. All information and details about pick up times and location will be given in the auction closing email.
