Paralegal and GHS grandfather Stevan Duravcevic has worked for over 23 years as an Immigration paralegal (legal assistant).
He is offering his services to several types of cases (samples), for which is no need of an attorney’s representation including:
- Obtaining U.S. citizenship. A permanent resident (green card holder) qualifies to apply for U.S. citizenship after 5 years (at least one day more than two years & half residing in the U.S. in permanent resident status), or 3 years of resident based upon marriage to a U.S. citizen.
- Obtaining green card. If a foreign national applies for green card while she/he is in the U.S. the process is called adjustment of status. If the person is abroad the process is called obtaining an immigrant visa, which is same – obtaining green card. In both situations a foreign national needs sponsorship. This is called family petition (there are several types – categories of family petitions, depending whether one is American citizen or green card holder, & who is the beneficiary: spouse, child (children – age, marital status), siblings (U.S. petitioner only).
- Applying to remove conditional resident status (conditional green card based on marriage to American citizen) to permanent resident status.
- Fiancé visa at American consulate (K1 visa). This visa is based upon engagement of a foreign national to an U.S. citizen. Marriage must take place within 90 days upon entry the U.S. Subsequently, the foreign national qualifies for adjustment of status (applying for green card).
- Student visa (whether changing status or consular processing). In both situations student must get school registration & evidence of ability to pay tuition.
- Extension of stay (visitor visa). One may request up to six months extension.
Each of this cases require exact immigration & or consular processing fee, which are paid at the time of filing. This fee is paid for by the client and is not included in this auction.
