Item Description
Have fun with kids in the kitchen for a single party or series of three classes!
Join French-trained chef, Lisa Kahn, an LPHS parent, for a day of cooking and eating the fruits of our labors. We will shop at the Wicker Park Farmer’s Market for healthy, local and seasonal ingredients to cook and enjoy together. Our meal and dessert will be our reward for a fun, comprehensive, hands-on day of learning some cool tricks of the trade.

COST: $50/person/class
The Series of classes:
1) “EGG-CEPTIONALLY SMOOTHIE SAILING” Get your college-bound off to a
great start. This class will highlight tasty and healthy food, so fast and easy to prepare, you can make it in your dorm!
2) “VEGI VERSATILITY” Fuel the school year with brain food from the vitamin rich bounty of late-summer. We will learn recipes for basic building blocks from which we will create a memorable meal.
3) “COMFORT FOOD HARVEST” It may be couch-potato season, but this menu is no slouch! This elegant meal will feature the very best of autumn. After this class, you will graduate with honors!
