This auction is for a 10 day overnight session for an 8 - 16 year old boy.
Camp Bauercrest is a traditional overnight sports camp for Jewish boys located in Amesbury, Massachusetts, about 40 miles north of Boston, on the shores of beautiful Lake Attitash. We are a non-profit camp, led by an independent Board of Directors. The camp was founded in 1931.
Bauercrest offers a safe, enjoyable and meaningful camping experience for every camper. Our goal is to build a boy’s identity and self-esteem through the commonly held values of Sportsmanship, Teamwork, Achievement and Responsibility (our S.T.A.R. principles).
Camp Bauercrest Mission
To develop and strengthen our campers both on and off the field through Sportsmanship, Teamwork, Achievement and Responsibility.
Here on the shores of Lake Attitash, we have created an environment where the campers are surrounded by their peers. Bauercrest promotes activities that stretch campers’ physical and creative abilities while providing positive role models with our trained counselor staff. We know that children grow best in a secure and safe environment where, within boundaries, they can practice making choices and taking risks, while being supported and guided by caring staff. We believe the summer camping experience is the greatest gift a parent can give a child, and we take this growth and development opportunity very seriously.
