• Life questionnaire and interview with Sarah.
• Customized Development Plan, including:
- Purpose and outcomes that reflect the individual’s particular personality and life circumstances.
- The focus of the purpose and outcomes is skill- and capacity-building so the individual can step into a bigger, stronger self who experiences more success and ease dealing with personal and/or professional challenges.

About Sarah Rosenthal:
Sarah is certified as an Integral Coach through New Ventures West. She recently created a coaching program for a Bay Area nonprofit to help laid-off staff turn a difficult period into a growth opportunity. She draws on many years' experience with learning, creativity, and management to support her clients. As a project manager she helped develop a powerful, research-based K–6 curriculum that supports continuous professional learning for teachers. She has published two books and has seen her work published widely in magazines and anthologies. Sarah has served on the California Book Awards jury since 2012. As a creative writing teacher she helped thousands of people of all ages access their creativity and use it to shape vibrant art. Sarah has studied theater, flute, figure drawing, dance, Tai Chi, yoga, Qi Gong, TRE (trauma release exercise), and EFT (emotionalfreedom technique). She has created and performed solo and collaborative multimedia pieces. Sarah has practiced meditation for the past 20 years, and in 2015 did her first month-long silent meditation retreat.
