Item Description

Milly Cunningham, a highly regarded and long-time New England quilter, has created this gorgeous piece that symbolizes our colonial past. The pineapple motif reaches back to this early colonial icon of welcome and hospitality.  Milly has selected fabrics in a rich warm palette of colonial period colors. Each pineapple and heart is beautifully hand-appliqued. Fine hand-quilting finishes the piece.

Milly's quilts have been exhibited at A Quilter's Gathering for the East Coast Quilter's Alliance.

This quilt embodies warmth and welcome, and is destined to an heirloom in someone's family.

Details:  Quilt measures 35" wide by 52" long, and has a pocket for hanging on the reverse side.
