About the artist: As an artist for more than sixty years, a printmaker for forty of those years, Mary Morrison worked primarily in Etchings, Monoprints and Monotypes. Her work has been shown in many galleries around the world, as well as being found in private and public collection including the Phillips Collection and the Permanent Collection of the Smithsonian Institution, National Museum of American History. Mary Morrison dies in 2011. This piece is donated by her estate.
