 This package is for online coaching. Erin does everything from 5Ks to marathons. She will help create a custom running plan for you!
"My name is Erin Grigsby, founder and running coach of Anchor Leg Coaching. I live in Newport, RI with my wonderful husband and two amazing dogs!     
     I am a little different compared to some running coaching because I didn't run high school or college. I decided to start running in 2007 after I set a goal for myself to complete a 5K race to help myself stay healthy and fit.
     Running was very difficult for me when I first started. I was 30 lbs. heavier than I am now and I couldn't even it make it one block without having to stop.   It took time, but I worked hard and eventually worked myself up to completing my first marathon in 2009!   After a few years I have finally reached two of my running goals.   In October of 2014 I ran my first ultramarathon.  Then after many tries at qualifying, I finally did, and ran my first Boston Marathon in April of 2015.   
    I love sharing my knowledge and training with others. Being a runner is a great thing.  It's so fulfilling teaching others how to put one foot in front of the other and keep moving.  As a coach, it's amazing to see others grow in running as I did.
     Even though you run as an individual, running is also a community sport. Training and sharing your experiences with other runners helps you become even more successful.    If you are a beginner, intermediate, or advanced runner, I can help you with your training needs. I offer individual training plans and running groups."
