Item Description

Ladera Oaks invites you to consider our Get Acquainted Program (GAP). This is a great way for your family to experience the many benefits of a Ladera Oaks membership, including our top-notch programs, beautiful facilities, and warm family-friendly community. Under new management, Ladera Oaks also offers fun social opportunities and parties for both adults and children during the year. GAP participants enjoy full membership privileges (except voting and serving on the Board) for an individual or couple and their dependent children younger than 24 years of age. The GAP term is for one month and you may start mid-month. GAP participation is a once-per-family offer for those who have not experienced Ladera Oaks through previous membership and cannot be repeated. Participation in organized programs and activities including Swim Team, Masters, Jr. Tennis, USTA, lessons, clinics, and social events is at an additional cost. GAP participation fees are the same as those charged Proprietary Members. Expires 9/30/16. Highest bidder wins.

Winner will receive an email introduction to the donor's administrative contact as soon as possible after the auction close date. All items sold "as is" and all sales are final. A bid constitutes a non-refundable, binding agreement to purchase the item. MPAEF is not able to process refunds or exchanges for any reason. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash. Unless otherwise specified, all items and services must be redeemed by April 28, 2017, which is one year fromt he auction end date. Bidders are responsible for contacting donors to make any arrangements. In consideration of our generous donors, please observe the limit on the maximum number of participants for an event, and please do not request duplication of an item by a donor. Successful bidders are advised that activities, services, and products are not sponsored by the MPAEF. The MPAEF cannot guarantee and does not accept liability or responsibility for any purchase, including but not limited to failure of delivery, performance and/or claims for personal injury.
