Welcome to the Menlo Park-Atherton 2016 Olympic Village, hosted by the 2016 Olympic Committee that brought you SNL, Caddyshack, Bond and Great Gatsby! Join us for a night of festivities in celebration of the Olympic spirit listening to our favorite DJ spinning tunes, while watching Olympic highlights and enjoying a beverage in our very own Olympic beer garden. Mingle with your favorite (or not-so-favorite) Olympians and no need for formality! Come in your favorite casual winter or summer sports attire as fellow athletes from across our district come together to celebrate for a great cause! Do not miss this opportunity to mix with Bruce/Caitlyn Jenner or Nancy Kerrigan in a casual setting -- and maybe some other surprise guests might make an appearance! There will be optional "Olympic" events for those who would love to feel that thrill of victory or share inthe agony of defeat and a fabulous official Olympic photo booth to document your special night. Entrance to the Menlo Park-Atherton 2016 Olympics is limited to 100 athletes and will take place at the Sportshouse Stadium on Saturday, September 10, 2016. Winner will receive an email introduction to the donor's administrative contact as soon as possible after the auction close date. All items sold "as is" and all sales are final. A bid constitutes a non-refundable, binding agreement to purchase the item. MPAEF is not able to process refunds or exchanges for any reason. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash. Unless otherwise specified, all items and services must be redeemed by April 28, 2017, which is one year fromt he auction end date. Bidders are responsible for contacting donors to make any arrangements. In consideration of our generous donors, please observe the limit on the maximum number of participants for an event, and please do not request duplication of an item by a donor. Successful bidders are advised that activities, services, and products are not sponsored by the MPAEF.
