Villa La Estancia offers the comforts of a private beach home with the amenities of a luxury resort and is located on Medano Beach, one of the few swimmable beaches in Cabo. The resort features a beachfront pool with waterfalls, islands, and a swim-up bar, as well as adjacent hot tubs, all surrounded by elegant gardens. Resort amenities include private concierge service, a fitness room, spa, sauna, and steam rooms, lighted tennis courts, a grocery store and ice cream parlor, gourmet restaurants, poolside dining, and room service. Easily enjoy all the activities Los Cabos has to offer, including sport fishing, world-class golf, whale watching, boat cruises and sailing charters, horseback riding, scuba diving, snorkeling, parasailing, kayaking, and ATV and motorcycle rentals and tours. This unit is located on the third floor directly above the ocean and beach, with panoramic ocean views of Land's End. The large main terrace is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or wind down after a day of activities. A second wraparound terrace offers spectacular views with privacy for the master suite. The three-bedroom/four-bath condo has 2,900 square feet of indoor and outdoor space, luxuriously decorated with contemporary furnishings, and sleeps up to ten people (even more if you use the rollaway beds). Luxury features abound including cream travertine marble floors, carved maple entry doors and kitchen cabinets, granite countertops on all bathrooms, ten-foot ceilings in living areas, zoned central air conditioning, satellite television, high speed Internet, and maid service. Available on a first-come, first-served basis on the following dates during next school year: Mon-Sat 8/15-20, 2016 (5 nights); Sat-Sat 8/20-27, 2016; Sat-Sat 10/22-29, 2016; Sat-Fri 10/29-11/4, 2016 (6 nights); Sat-Sat 4/22-29, 2017; Sat-Sat 4/29-5/6, 2017; Sat-Sat 7/29-8/5, 2017. Possibility of additional dates, including Summer 2017, to be agreed upon with owner. Reservations should be made as soon as possible following the auction to guarantee availability. Item Special Note

Winner will receive an email introduction to the donor's administrative contact as soon as possible after the auction close date. All items sold "as is" and all sales are final. A bid constitutes a non-refundable, binding agreement to purchase the item. MPAEF is not able to process refunds or exchanges for any reason. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash. Unless otherwise specified, all items and services must be redeemed by April 28, 2017, which is one year fromt he auction end date. Bidders are responsible for contacting donors to make any arrangements. In consideration of our generous donors, please observe the limit on the maximum number of participants for an event, and please do not request duplication of an item by a donor. Successful bidders are advised that activities, services, and products are not sponsored by the MPAEF. The MPAEF cannot guarantee and does not accept liability or responsibility for any purchase, including but not limited to failure of delivery, performance and/or claims for personal injury.
