Item Description
Put your affairs in order with a tailored estate plan prepared by Botz Cody Law. Your plan will consist of a revocable trust, a will (or 2 wills for a married couple), a durable power of attorney (or 2 for a married couple), and an Advance Health Care Directive (or 2 for a married couple).
Ensure that your beneficiaries will avoid the costs of probate, your assets will be distributed according to your wishes, a guardian will be nominated for your minor children, and you will have trusted agents in place to manage your financial matters and health care decisions in case you become incapacitated.
This is for California residents only.
The value of the package is $1350 for a single person and $1650 for a married couple.
Botz Cody Law will pay the administrative filing fee to transfer one California deed into trust as part of the package. The winning bidder will pay the filing fee for any additional deed or any out of state deed.
The winning bidder will receive a certifcate with instructions for contacting Botz Cody Law to start the process.
Item Special Note
Pick Up: School parents (and others who contact us by 9 am on Monday, May 16) can pick up this item at Sebastopol Charter School on Wednesday, May 18, between 2 and 4 pm. Details about pick up location, any additional pick up times, and scheduling a special pick up time will be emailed to winning bidders at the close of auction.
Shipping: If you are not a school parent, this item will be shipped to you at your expense unless you contact us at info@thecharterfoundation.org by Monday, May 16, at 9 am, to elect pick up instead of shipping. The estimated shipping charge for this item is $1.
The Charter Foundation is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Billing: Credit cards will be automatically billed starting Monday, May 16. If you prefer a different method of payment, please email us at info@thecharterfoundation.org by 9 am on Monday, May 16.
