First Mate Linda Stocknoff and her Captain "Mo” Sandler invite you and your guest to spend a day sailing on Long Island Sound with special guest David Parsons.  Leaving from the Stamford Yacht Club to race across the water on a J/120, one of the fastest 40’ racer-cruisers on the water today.  Enjoy a gourmet lunch and the incredibly entertaining company of Linda, Morrie and David!

ABOUT DAVID PARSONS

Mr. Parsons enjoys a remarkable career as a choreographer, teacher, director, and producer of dance.  He has toured and taught with his company on five continents.  In September 2007, he directed and choreographed Gotham Chamber Opera’s production of María de Buenos Aires, which made its world premiere at a sold-out engagement at NYU’s Skirball Center for the Arts in New York City.  He's been called “one of the great movers of modern dance.” He is a recipient of the 2000 Dance Magazine Award, the 2001 American Choreography Award and the 2011 Dance Masters of America Award. Take this amazing opportunity to hear stories from years in the Paul Taylor Dance Company and stories from years of running his own company.
