Artists
Item Description
Adrienne Hunter is a new artist. She has participated in the Denver Chalk Art Festival for the past 8 years. Adrienne comes from a family of artists; her mother and grandmother are also participating in the MASK project. When Adrienne heard about the project, she was excited to donate her time and beginning skills to such a wonderful cause.
The inspiration for "Time to go Plaid" comes from all of the timeless plaid patterns that are seen thoughout the times. I remember wearing plaid as a child but also seeing my grandfather wear his red plaid shirt, sometimes we need to be reminded of our childhoods even if it's in the smallest of ways. I hope that I can help families remember their loved one in a personal way. It is nice to give back to the community and to know that my time is going to a great cause, The Denver Hospice.
