About Kaizen Mind Studio

Kaizen is a Japanese word that means continuous improvement; it's a business practice which has been adopted by many in the self-help and personal development field.  The idea is that if we make small positive changes every day, we will make great progress. 

So many of us find that if we implement something new that is radically different from what we did before, the change lasts for a short time, but we end up reverting back to our old, less-desirable ways.  With kaizen, by shifting bit by bit, we never really leave our comfort zone, we simply stretch it in the direction we desire to go and bring our comfort zone with us.  Working incrementally, we build up to our goals gradually, tending to experience less shock, less resistance and more success with longer-lasting results.

The Mind is the most important place where lifestyle changes take place.  We can explore our thoughts to discover patterns that limit us as well as unlock the words and images that will energize and motivate us to take the actions that will help us to become what we wish to be.  As your mind becomes familiar with and accepts new ways of being, your actions will naturally come more into alignment with your desired outcomes.

Artists work in studios and al fresco to create new and beautifully meaningful works of art.  I see each person (including you) as an artist and your life is your masterpiece in progress.  In this Studio, we’ll tap into your creativity, intuition and vision, pick up new tools and experiment with new perspectives to equip you for your greatest artistic expression, Life!

What is hypnotherapy?

Old adages attest to the power and effectiveness of the human mind such as "mind overmatter" and "You can accomplish anything you want if you just put your mind to it."

Hypnotherapy is a highly effective blend of hypnotic and cognitive techniques that help an individual identify and modify patterns in their thinking and behavior with the goal of personal development in myriad aspects of life and work.  Working with a caring professional who sees you, and the challenges you face, with compassionate objectivity provides a sounding board as well as a sense that you are not alone and that you can achieve your goals.

We experience subtle shifts in our mental and emotional states throughout the day, such as "zoning out" or being "in the zone".  These states are comparable to some of the hypnotic states utilized in hypnotherapy.  By using ancient and contemporary techniques, tailored to each individual client, these natural states of mind are accessed and positive suggestions are added, effectively "writing over" the limiting inner scripts that hinder our progress and keep us repeating old patterns over and over.  Leveraging your mind's innate desire to survive and thrive as well as its natural ability to learn and incorporate new information and tools is certainly an excellent way to "put your mind to" whatever it is you want to accomplish!âÂÂÂ?ÂÂÂ?

How to pick up winning items: Some items may be shipped directly from the merchant provider. In some cases, winning bidder may receive a temporary certificate or voucher until actual item or service is redeemed. Most items are available for pick-up at the temple office on or after Tuesday, May 24, 2016. Most items can be mailed or shipped to the winning bidder. Gift cards and certificates may be shipped at the risk of the bidder and may not be replaced if lost or stolen as they can not be insured by shipper. Electronic gift certificates, if available (i.e. - PDF) may be emailed at no cost to bidder. Bidder is responsible for shipping and handling fee, which will be added to the winning bid amount.
