Item Description

This auction is for a weekend getaway for 20 to stay in the Athens Tri Delta home.

You and as many as 19 of your friends can book a weekend at 1111 South Milledge for one of the first 3 weekends in June 2016. You will need to bring your own towels and bedding. Come home and feel like a collegiate again!

The Delta Delta Delta chapter house on Milledge Avenue has recently been completely renovated to meet the needs of a growing chapter size and expectations of today’s college students. The 2010 renovation is complete and we are excited to share our new home with you!

Interesting Facts about the Tri Delta House

  • We are the largest house on campus at 24,321 square feet
  • Houses 67 members, typically consisting of the sophomore pledge class and executive officers
  • Chef prepares 14 tasty meals per week in the dining room 
  • The 2 lower floors are completely handicap accessible by using our elevator
  • The spacious foyer features marble floors and a grand staircase
  • Elegant living room with grand piano 
  • Large chapter room with stage
  • Private meeting rooms: north study, south study and leadership development room
  • The House Director's suite is complete with an efficiency kitchen, laundry facilities & private office

Item Special Note

TERMS: Must be used one of the first three weekends in June 2016. Everyone will need to bring their own bedding and towels.
 
SHIPPING/PICK UP: A winning bidder who is present at the Care Affair gala will retrieve this item prior to checking out for the evening. 
 
This item will be shipped to a winning bidder who is not present at the Care Affair gala, with shipping & handling costs charged as a separate transaction to the credit card registered with Bidding For Good. If a bidder wins multiple items, we will make every effort to ship the items together. 
 
FEES: A credit card processing fee of 2.5%, or 3.5% for AmEx, will be added to the amount of the winning bid and charged to the credit card registered with Bidding For Good.
