Philippe Boulot, Executive Chef at the MAC, will cook a multi-course meal at your home for your group of 8-10. Boulot, a James Beard award winner, is an Officer in the National Order of Agricultural Merit (Ordre National du Mérite Agricole) and Chevalier de l'Ordre du Mérite Agricole, or Knight of the Order of Agricultural Merit (awarded by the Ambassador of France to the U.S.).

Trained in culinary management at the famous Jean Dourant Hotel School in Paris, Boulot has formed long-lasting relationships with many world class French chefs. As a young chef from Normandy, France, Boulot cooked at some of the world’s finest restaurants and with world-renowned chefs such as Joel Robuchon at the three-star Michelin restaurant Jamin in Paris and Alain Senderens at L’Archestrate. Boulot was also part of the culinary team at the gourmet restaurant at the Inn on the Park in London. With the dream of taking his culinary talents to the United States, Boulot accepted a position at the Clift in San Francisco before taking over as executive chef at the prestigious Mark Hotel in New York City. Boulot is now Executive Chef at the MAC in Portland.

For your dinner, chef Boulot will bring his considerable talents directly to your table. Chef's Dinner to be hosted in the winning bidders' home, on a mutually agreeable date prior to April 23, 2017. The chef will stay to enjoy the meal with you.
