Learn the basics of yoga or tune up your current practice with a private 1 hour + 15 minute session. Susie Caramanica, Hastings Co-op alum and local resident, is a 20 year yoga veteran, and recently trained through Yoga Haven, RYT 200 hour program. She offers private classes for beginners or experienced students, small group training, and corporate classes.
Get length, strength and mobility. Breathe deeply. Practice yoga through asana (posture), pranayama (breath control), and meditation. Other benefits of yoga may include but are not limited to: Stimulates the organs; Helps relieve stress; Improves digestion; Therapeutic for anxiety, flat feet, infertility, neck pain, osteoporosis, and sciatica, lower back pain; Improves core muscle strength; May also result in mood elevation and happiness.
