Raclette Dinner for 8
- Item Number
- 29
- Estimated Value

Item Description
When one hears the word “great”, the image that often comes to mind is something large, substantial or considerable. THIS Great Gathering goes the other way - to an intimate domestic richness like no other. Held in the home of Waring faculty member and alumnus Tony Boisvert and his wife Cathy, it’s a Raclette Feast for the 8 guests lucky enough to secure a seat at their dining room table. Seriously fun conversations over plates of melted cheese, tasty meats, and bottles of thirst quenching white wine. The word raclette comes from the French word racler which means to scrape. This delicious meal, prepared during the chill of winter, has been passed down from generation to generation by villagers living among the snowy peaks of the Alps in France and Switzerland. The rich, melted cheese was then served with boiled potatoes and fresh charcuterie. Tickets are $65.00 per person. This Great Gathering will take place on Saturday, November 12th.
