There are TVs with Direct TV in all rooms, game room with movie sized screen and WI-fi throughout. There is a wood-burning fireplace with gas starter.

The lower level game room features a pool table, dart board and wet bar with wine refrigerator. 

The deck has a gas barbecue grill, hot tub, patio furniture and chaise lounges. The lower backyard features a hammock, porch swing and outdoor shower.

This home is conveniently located to everything. It is just a two minute drive to Cedar Glen where you will find a Jensen's grocery store, post office, hardware store, malt shop and other restaurants and shops. Lake Arrowhead Village is a 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk on the trail where there are many shops and outlets, Farmers' Market, restaurants, grocery store, park, arcade, and children's fun zone. An additional 5 minute drive leads to Blue Jay where you will find a cinema, restaurants, boutiques, a grocery store and gasoline.

If you are unable to pick up on this day, pick up will be available the following day before and after school only, Monday, May 2nd, 8:00-9:00am and 2:30-3:30pm. If shipping is requested, total plus shipping fees must be paid online within three days of auction close, and may take up to 5 business days for processing once payment has been received.
