The winner of this item will get 4 Pilates barre classes with Ileanna Champlain Or Julie Mrques at the Move2Change studio in Sebastopol California. Classes are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9 AM to 10 AM.
If you haven't done a Pilates barre class yet, you're in for a treat! It's a blasts and a great workout.
Combining Pilates, strength training, cardio and dance moves, Pilates Barre and Body Barre classes will help tone whole body muscles and increase endurance. Barre classes emphasize the correct biomechanics of movement combined with the power of music to increase strength, flexibility, stamina and dynamic stability.
Bio: Ileana's work in the health & fitness field began as a teenager, teaching Cardio dance classes in women's gyms. Since then Ileana has taught in studios throughout Northern California. Her Body Barre classes are high intensity, cardio blends that combine light weight core strengthening exercises with dance, ballet and fitness exercises. She infuses Yoga, with stretching and breath into every class she teaches.

Pick up/shipping information: At auction close, items will be available for pick up at REACH School in Sebastopol, CA, on the designated pick up days or it can be mailed at the winning bidder's expense via Fed Ex, UPS or USPS first class mail. Winning bidder is responsible for all shipping fees and billed at standard industry rates.
