You are bidding on an Almaden Valley Athletic Club Gift Certificate for either One (1) month (30 days) membership OR to waive the enrollment fee and the first month's dues, should a family or individual decide to join the club on a monthly basis.

Almaden Valley Athletic Club, or AVAC, is a health and fitness club that offers a variety of services such as swimming, tennis, weight training, massage, yoga as well as support groups. It is renowned for its swim and tennis classes. 

About the Club: 

Since 1976, the Almaden Valley Athletic Club has been a favorite destination for San Jose families. Located on the site of a former walnut grove, the 6 1/2-acre facility began as a racquetball and tennis club. Throughout the years, the club's owners have consistently upgraded the equipment, programs and services to meet members' changing lifestyles.

• The certificate is not valid to use by any current member of AVAC

• It is not necessery to join AVAC to redeem your certificate however...FREE MONTH certifiate may not be redeemed during the month of January, June and July unless EFT agreement is signed, unless comitting to a membership. Please, contact the memebership department to discuss your options.
  
  
• The certificate may not be combined with any other offer, redeemed for other services and has no cash value (strictly enforced)
  
  
• Recipient must be an adult over the age of 18 and have an original certificate
  
  
• Not valid for someone who participated in the promotion within the past 18 months, unless committing to a membership (EFT). Please contact the memebership department to discuss your options.
  
  
• AVAC reserves the right to cencel certain programs or classes; some programs may not be available at all times.
  
  
• AVAC is not responsible for any misrepresentation of this donation
  
  
• All monthly dues are collected electronically (EFT)
  
  
• This memebership may be cancelled with a 30-day written notice
  
  
• A Fitness Family Memebership may consist of up to two adults and their three children between the ages of 4-25 years of age, living in the same household
  
  
• Children 0-3 years old are included in the memebership at no additional fees for outdoor pool privileges and Jr. AVAC Fit Class
  
  
• Certificate does not include access to tennis court.
  For an additional enrollment fee & dues the memebership may be upgraded to include tennis privileges
  
  
• Gift certificate shipped free via USPS to winning bidder or available for pickup at Waldorf School of the Peninsula.
