Your 90 minute in-home massage/bodywork session with Bodyworker Julia Suh will be tailored to fit your needs. Techniques and modalities Julia employs include:

• Circulatory massage (akin to Swedish massage)
• Energy work (Reiki, intuitive, and aural work)
• Sensory Repatterning techniques (a technique using gentle undulations, rocking, and range-of-motion exploration)
• Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (a very gentle and effective hands-on modality that finds the health in the system, mirrors it, allowing the rest of the body-mind-spirit to naturally align with it)
