Item Description
The Writer’s Workout is a boutique writer’s workshop led by “Beauty Bites Beast” author, journalist, and playwright Ellen Snortland at her home in Altadena. In addition to writing books and plays, Ellen has been a columnist for the Pasadena Weekly for 25 years and is a Huffington Post blogger.
With this workshop, Ellen provides a space where she will coach you on whatever you’ve got going or, in some cases, can’t get going. If you’re interested in writing a memoir, blog, novel, how-to book, science fiction (pretty much any genre except poetry or screenwriting), this workshop will be a highly supportive, productive, fun atmosphere for you.
Group sizes are typically 6 – 10, and all levels are welcome. Ellen has worked with writers ranging from raw beginners to those who’ve published several works.
Three Wednesday mornings within a month to be used within one year of purchase date.
Hours: 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Certificate valid for one year from auction date.
Must be female and 21 or older to participate.
Meeting location is in Altadena, CA.
